School Hours/Office Hours: School starts at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:10 p.m. Office hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Students should not arrive on campus before 8:10 a.m. unless enrolled in a 0 Period class. Students should plan to be off campus by 3:30 p.m. unless participating in a supervised activity.

Whooping Cough/Pertussus shots NOW MANDATORY
For the 2011 - 12 school year only, all students entering 7th - 12th grades will need proof of a Tdap booster shot before staring school. 
This requirement:
● Begins JULY 1, 2011
● Can be met by receiving one dose of Tdap vaccine on or after the 10th birthday.
● Applies to all public and private schools.
● Does not affect students enrolled in summer school.

Closed Campus Policy: For the safety of students, Granite Oaks maintains a closed campus policy. Once a student arrives for the school day, he/she is not permitted to leave campus until the close of school at 3:10 p.m., unless checked out by a parent or guardian or person listed on emergency card (18 years of age or older).
